Executive Presentation Skills® helps individuals develop, refine, and deliver powerful presentations to groups of any size.
A pre-program assignment prepares individuals for rigorous and repeated skills practice, guided by an expert, with individual video analysis and coaching. All presentations focus on the individual’s own topics and goals. The overnight assignment and additional practice build confidence as individuals gain priceless experience in capturing audience interest and commitment.
Persuasive Dialogue™ helps individuals master what a truly persuasive person seems to do naturally – influence others by understanding and leveraging their point of view.
Drawing content from their own jobs, individuals master a process for guiding productive dialogue and gaining commitment from others. Frequent practice with video recording, analysis, peer feedback, and expert coaching helps to dramatically improve key persuasive skills, including;
- Positioning a topic.
- Active listening.
- Establishing mutual goals.
- Presenting ideas.
- Bridging disagreement.
Write Up Front®
With e-mail a major way we get things done, clear writing is a key success factor in business. Write Up Front® helps learners organize their thoughts, write the draft, check readability, and edit for tone, style, and persuasive impact.
Guided by the skilled instructor and focused on topics from their own jobs, individuals apply simple guidelines to a range of common documents, including e-mails, letters, memos, proposals, RFPs, and reports. The day concludes as individuals complete a critical document from their business world.
Write to Sell™
Every e-mail or letter to a customer is a chance to reinforce a key message and move the sale forward.
In Write to Sell™, individuals master ways to organize their thoughts and compose high-impact messages – clear, sincere, personal, efficient, and correct. Using information about their customers and prospects, individuals compose real letters and emails, and receive supportive feedback from peers and the Instructor. Individuals walk away with the core skills for written sales interactions, as well as several effective, goal-driven messages.
